MIWE FBC means state-of-the-art oven technology from the best in the industry. It has consistently great baking results in its genes. The system allows you to finely control air circulation and perfectly modulate steam injection (using either a steam device or spraying system), ensuring a beautiful shine, good crusts and prefect bloom. What's more, the MIWE flexbake® automatic quality system compensates for process variations. The result: baked goods the way your customers love them. Hour for hour, day in, day out.

Its simplicity

Baking fresh products has to fit smoothly and effortlessly into your store's daily processes. Otherwise, your potential profits will evaporate into thin air. Which is why we equipped the MIWE FBC with a very simple loading trolley, with which you can load and unload a complete oven or individual baking chambers quickly and efficiently. The ability to load trays lengthways ensures that the front of your oven won't be cluttered, so that the unobstructed view of the baking chamber impressively showcases your baking skills.

MIWE go! control system

There's a good reason why our MIWE go! oven control has been distinguished several times over by usability experts: We have deliberately designed them from the ground up so that they make it as easy as possible for untrained or frequently changing users to reliably achieve excellent baking results. Baking with preset baking programmes ensures constant results and reliable processes, even without user input.

Spick and span: the cleaning system

A standard feature: MIWE cleaning control, a fully automatic cleaning system that can be automatically started, even outside of business hours. MIWE cleaner is a highly effective, ecologically sound, food-safe and non-toxic detergent. An especially attractive feature: the all-in-one MIWE everclean package. The large-volume cleaning tank is fully integrated into the baking station. The tank is simply filled up by MIWE Service as part of annual maintenance. For you this means: no ordering, no storage, no handling, no waste. In short: no worries.

Quality automation with MIWE flexbake®

Although process fluctuations (such as partial loads or dough pieces at incorrect temperatures) are not desirable, they are par for the course. MIWE flexbake ensures that you always get the same perfect baking results, even with these inconsistencies.

This software accesses all your interconnected in-store ovens and delivers the data and information you need in a centralised and well-organised manner. In addition to the system inventory, you can easily monitor and control the status of all systems. You can ensure uniform results through features such as centralised management and synchronised assignment of baking programmes. Extensive calendar and reporting functions allow you to optimise and run all processes and operations more efficiently.
