However you plan to use it: The MIWE cube:air offers the largest possible range of baking surfaces and flexibility. Whether you opt for three supports in the smallest model, or for the massive ten support model with 2.4 m² of baking surface, or whether you prefer a single module or two separate baking chambers for even more versatility (e.g. for five stacked trays) - only you, the baked goods you offer and your daily schedule determine which combination is the best choice for you. And we haven't even mentioned the other modules available from the MIWE cube range.

Hygenically best in class: The Softline baking chamber

With its rounded edges and easily removable frame for the baking tray supports, the MIWE cube:air baking chamber is especially convenient when it comes to cleaning. The insulated multiple glazing can be easily unlocked for cleaning purposes. This level of cleanliness is a plus for customers!

Full steam ahead: The steam system

The MIWE cube:air steam system with its special small frozen product function, ensures the best shine and bloom even with the most challenging of products.

... as the saying goes. That's why the MIWE cube:air is equipped with the same control system as the MIWE cube:stone. If you have learned to operate one, you have already mastered the other. And speaking of control: The USB port on the MIWE cube is on the front of the oven and is thus easily accessible at all times.
