To ensure your MIWE baking station is ready for baking immediately when the shift starts in the morning, it can be programmed in advance for up to an entire week using MIWE auto-start, so that it is either switched on automatically or is ready for baking at a freely programmable time depending on the setting. The heating performance can also be throttled to avoid any performance peaks. So when you get to the store in the early hours, you can get started straight away.
Ideally, automatic cleaning with MIWE cleaning control is combined temporally with MIWE auto-start, as the residual heat from the cleaning process can also be used for heating in the baking process to save money. Once again saving time and money.
