What makes the MIWE KR so unique

Delivers excellent results

The circulating air units, which are always flow-optimised at MIWE, and the continuous, precise humidity and temperature control ensure particularly even air conditioning in the proofing chamber no matter what size or shape the room is. That makes for simply better baking results. Optionally also available with continuous humidification.

Hygienically impressive

Easy to clean, polished stainless steel door fronts with large insulating glazing for better visibility. Interior walls of particularly easy-to-clean materials.

Tailored to save space

The MIWE KR can be used for (virtually) any room dimensions, from installation in a narrow niche to large-scale cells for dozens of rack trolleys. The standard heights (233 and 256 cm) are coordinated for MIWE ovens, with other heights available as options.

Equipped for the future

The fixed program control MIWE FP makes operation as easy as could be: and because the MIWE KR is network-capable, all parameters (as well as problem-free operation) can be controlled and monitored from outside the air conditioning chamber at any time. Particularly reliable around the clock when combined with MIWE remote.
