Pretty close to the good, old wood-fired oven: the premium-class thermal oil deck oven with static baking atmosphere. Universally suitable for all baked goods. Impresses with exceptional baking properties, top evenness and the soft heat typical of thermal oil. Up to 12 oven decks with various clearance heights, therefore also suitable for tall baked goods. Baking area up to 60 m². The separate central heating boiler can be heated with oil, gas or electrically.

The allrounder

Whatever you are baking, whatever the characteristics you want your baked goods to have: the MIWE thermo-express always delivers the required result with its diverse configuration options (e.g. the switchable turbulence). With up to 12 oven decks as two, three, four or even six-circuit system, it offers optimal flexibility in the bakehouse, from small to large batches.

Fast all-round

With its very short heating period, the MIWE thermo-express is ready rapidly when it is time for baking. Depending on the application, you can bake highly flexibly at a continuous temperature or even follow temperature curves within the system boundaries. Powerful steam devices with short recovery times permit fast batch-after-batch baking, even for steam-intensive baked goods.

For real stone-baked bread

As an alternative to steel slabs, we can also equip the MIWE thermo-express with stone slabs. Bread baked in it can be called "stone-baked bread".

Top energy performer

The MIWE thermo-express is configured for maximum energy efficiency. With its model insulation, intelligent control system that communicates continuously with the central heating boiler, to permit maximum energy yield with minimum energy input, with its optimised heat transfer and the heating circuits, which can be individually temperature controlled and deactivated, it is intrinsically one of the most economical systems on the market. But it gets even better: with a heat recovery system like the MIWE eco:nova or a combined heating system from MIWE. Where else can you get all this from a single source?

Making a lot of things easier: draw plate oven decks, loaders

On request, we offer the MIWE thermo-express with up to five self-supporting, stable draw-plate oven decks. A loading system also allows entire discharge trolleys to be removed from the decks to position them at the height of the work table and feed them in again after filling. Because we want to make baking easier.

Effective rationalisation approach

Wherever process rationalisation and automation are required, the MIWE athlet automatic feeding system is the ideal addition to the MIWE electro.

Everything under your control

Optionally with fixed program control MIWE FP. Or with Touch Control MIWE TC with product images and visual user interface, simple, intuitive entry of baking programs, with easy and professional mode. USB interfaces integrated in the front panel for simple transfer of baking programs (other interfaces like WiFi, Bluetooth or Ethernet are optional). Possible at any time with both control systems: manual interventions or completely manual baking.
