With its temperature range of -25 to -5°C, it is ideal for storing pre-frozen and packaged goods. It has been designed for cooling 80 kg of dough per square metre from -10°C to -20°C with a machine running time of 12 hours, but it can of course also be tailored to your very own specifications.
In the interest of keeping energy costs as low as possible, the walls of the MIWE TK are equipped with 100 mm thick PUR insulation.
