For many bakers there's no question: If you are looking for a rack oven, it is best to go to MIWE. After all, it was MIWE that first made this streamlined type of oven well-known and established throughout Europe and beyond. This year, the MIWE roll-in e+ has three exciting innovations in store:
  1. MIWE variobakeproduces baked goods with a strong character, from puff pastry to 100% rye bread.

Another major topic this year includes the advantages of electrically heated deck ovens. MIWE has the right solution for every need here, too. The professional deck oven MIWE electro ensures perfectly even baking results for every type of baguette – whether traditional or special. And since the top and bottom heat can be controlled individually on each oven, a wide variety of products can be baked at the same time without any issues at all.
