Freezing and storage on trays

The deep-freeze hatch system

Perhaps you prefer to freeze and store your products right on the trays. If so, then the MIWE TKL deep-freeze hatch system is right for you. Two to eight variable storage bays (for up to 12 60 x 80 cm baking trays each) plus an additional flash freezer compartment where you can concentrate up to 75% of the cooling power but which can also be used as an additional storage bay. You can simply adjust a control flap to change the distribution of the cooling power.

Is documentation provided? Of course, and it couldn't be more convenient: The data logger meticulously documents all processes and archives the data for up to a year.
