"The Great Bake Off – The Pros" (in German: "Das große Backen – Die Profis") is a TV show in which master confectioners and patissiers compete against and outdo each other with their works of art. Also appearing in the show are MIWE convection ovens, which simply cannot be absent from any professional studio bakery.
Today is Bread Day. We at MIWE are also celebrating this day in a most fitting manner and expressing our appreciation to all bakers who foster and develop this culture day after day.

MIWE Middle East FZE kicked off on 31 March in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). MIWE Middle East FZE is our ninth subsidiary and is intended to strengthen our market position in the Middle East and parts of Africa.

Internorga in Hamburg is the leading trade fair for the catering market and aims to provide plenty of inspiration and new potential for business. In the bakery and confectionery sector, MIWE was also represented once again – with 100 years of experience under its belt.
Modern Bakery in Moscow is the only trade fair for Russia and the CIS countries that specialises in the bakery and confectionery business. In its centennial year, MIWE once again took part. The new MIWE orbit rack oven celebrated its premiere on the Russian market.
The Salon Sirha in Lyon is where professionals from the bakery, hotel and restaurant sector from all over Europe gather. We were also there to present our latest technologies, products and concepts.
