Over the past decades, we have put a lot of technological know-how and work into constantly further developing our MIWE roll-in rack oven. The result is a powerful oven with many technical refinements – if you know how to use them. Since not every beginner can do this intuitively, we offer intensive seminars in which we discuss in detail how to coax every last bit of baking quality out of your MIWE roll-in. Some bakers once again attended today's event.
Firstly, it's all about theory (What exactly is atmospheric baking?), then we move over into practice: Which settings can be optimised to achieve even better baking results with certain baked goods? What have people already experienced? What other fine adjustments can be made? Our master bakers are happy to answer all of your questions, and of course we also bake – because that's what our MIWE live baking center is there for.
