Internorga in Hamburg is the leading trade fair for the catering market and aims to provide plenty of inspiration and new potential for business. In the bakery and confectionery sector, MIWE was also represented once again – with 100 years of experience under its belt.

The broad spectrum of topics discussed ranged from optimising in-store processes to complete bakery planning. Of course, the various concepts and solutions for in-store baking were also explored – whether with a classic convection oven like the MIWE aero or the modular MIWE cube FreshFoodSystem. And anyone who wanted to take a peek at bakery planning of the future could plan and walk around a bakery using virtual reality.
