MIWE expo is once again the industry's place to be in 2021

After the great success of the MIWE expo in-house trade fair, which was held for the first time in autumn 2020, the second edition of the event will soon follow at the beginning of July 2021. What can visitors expect at the MIWE live baking center in Arnstein?

We will present visitors with a fully equipped bakery where the entire production process as well as different methods and technologies for a variety of baked goods can be demonstrated live and compared directly. See. Taste. Touch. Try everything out – from dough making to bakery refrigeration and ovens to in-store baking. And on top of all that: a number of partner companies and their teams of experts will be on hand to offer advice and assistance to all the guests.
