- MIWE America is searching for a field service technician professional for our Middlesex-NJ location.
- The position requires the ability to do installations, training, and troubleshooting of electric and gas bakery ovens, bakery equipment.
- Provide customers with excellent customer service by either assisting over the phone or at a customer's facility.
- Learn about MIWE equipment.
- Mechanical and electrical skills are necessary.
- Must be able to travel.
- Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated person with a strong work ethic.
- This is an opportunity to be involved in all aspects of Baking solutions for our clients.
- Refrigeration training or experience and a universal refrigeration certification is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with excellent customer service either by assisting over the phone or at a customer's facility.
- Report and keep track of customer interactions.
- Travel for installations, training, troubleshooting, and trade shows.
- New equipment startup and assemble equipment.
