Unlike conventional would-be nostalgic doors made of metal and varnish, the façade of the Wenz 1919 is an authentic original. It is produced on the same casting mould as our old German wood-burning baking ovens and, as with its predecessor, is opened and closed using the principle of a chain-operated loading door with chain hoist and balance weights. It is very easy to operate, and a real eyecatcher.
In its heart, the Wenz 1919 is a true MIWE condo that masterfully controls the entire baking program from sensitive pastries to the heaviest type of bread with its even, gentle flow of heat and the individually applicable top and bottom heat. You can find all of the great qualities that make the MIWE condo distinct here.
The Wenz 1919 is always fully mounted on rollers, meaning it can be easily positioned in any fitting niche. You can design the front of the oven according to the store concept itself: masonry, natural stone, trowel plaster, historic timber framing - the architectural concept of your shop determines the style and ambience. The modern controller can also be placed at a suitable distance using a cable.
