With cooperative education, you can combine college theory with practical work at our company. Since 2011, we have been offering the cooperative education degree with Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in Mosbach (approx. 130 km from Arnstein) – to date, in the Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics and Information Systems programs. In future, additional degree programs can be added, possibly also on a different campus. As we want to take on every graduate, just as in the vocational training professions, the range of programs is based on our current needs. Structure, process and requirements
The cooperative education degree generally takes three years / six semesters, in which theory and practical semesters have different weightings. Overall, theory and practice are balanced. In the practical phases, you will pass through all relevant departments and work actively on real, interesting projects. At the beginning, technical programs also include an introductory metal course in the MIWE Training Centre. Your training contract guarantees you a regular income from day one - whether you are in the theory or practical phase. We also pay your travel expenses (one return journey per week) during your studies at university. What are the requirements? Higher education admission qualification and motivation.
