As befits a real professional, every deck in the MIWE electro has its own steam-tight encapsulated steam unit and an individual control system for top and bottom heat. This allows a wide range of products to be baked to perfection simultaneously. As the MIWE electro heats up quickly, you do not have to wait for a long time before baking. Rapid batch after batch is easy to do with it. In short: Everything good is combined here.
The MIWE electro is the ideal choice wherever a MIWE condo is too small and a MIWE ideal is too big for the planned tasks, or where the infrastructure requires electric heating. As its decks are lined with stone slabs, you can call bread baked in it "stone-baked bread".
As every deck is isolated individually, and can also be activated and deactivated individually, MIWE electro is intrinsically extremely energy efficient. The individually configurable heating levels help with this, but primarily ensure that every product receives exactly the quantity of energy it needs for a perfect baking result.
On request, we also offer the MIWE electro with a self-supporting, stable draw-plate oven deck and a front part table. Because we want to make baking easier.
Wherever process rationalisation and automation are required, the MIWE athlet automatic loading system is the ideal addition to the MIWE electro.
