Four successful days of National-Restaurant-Association Show are behind the MIWE team. In May (after 3 years of pausing), the largest industry event focused on foodservice technology innovations was back.
After 3 years of pausing, the largest industry event focused on foodservice technology innovations, unique ingredients, and emerging restaurant trends, was held at Chicago’s McCormick Place. The Show welcomed over 51.000 registered restaurant owners and operators, retail foodservice professionals, food and ingredient suppliers, equipment manufacturers, and many more. Attendees represented over 110 countries and all 50 states and more than 1,800 exhibitors—including our team from MIWE.
Our booth highlighted a range of baking ovens for many different purposes from the more traditional and artisan baking with the all-rounder MIWE condo, to the MIWE econo convection oven and solutions for baking and snack production on a very small footprint with MIWE backcombi and our MIWE cube system.
President of MIWE America Javier Velez sums up: “The NRA Show is the first big show we participated in since 2019. We are therefore even more excited that it has been such a big success overall with lots of visitors and valuable business contacts. Many interested people from all over the country and even beyond used this chance to get in touch with us – talking about how our products can simplify their work and help them to make better business.”
