At Sirha in Lyon

The Salon Sirha in Lyon is where professionals from the bakery, hotel and restaurant sector from all over Europe gather. There is a lot to discover in the 12 business areas of the trade fair, from fine delicacies to restaurant equipment. When it came to the world of baking, MIWE presented itself in the year of its 100th anniversary with an overview of our technologies, products and concepts. 

Many of our flagship products were met with great interest, and the MIWE experts were in constant demand: consultations followed on each other's heels. We showed off our bakery refrigeration solutions, proofing stations and wide range of ovens. The MIWE stand was a fixed point along the tours that were offered at the exhibition, such as "Food tech", "Hyper and supermarkets – Retail", "Snacking", and "Time saving – Productivity".
