Gastrónoma - Feria Gastronómica del Mediterráneo - is one of the most important industry gatherings for gastronomy, hospitality, bakery and food craftsmanship in Southwestern Europe. With over 250 exhibitors, a strong focus on quality, craftsmanship and innovation, and a varied supporting programme, it offers an attractive platform for trade visitors from across Spain and beyond.
Who we are - and why Spain matters
MIWE stands for well-engineered bakery technology “Made in Germany”. For over 100 years, we’ve supported the baking trade with advanced, energy-efficient solutions for baking, cooling, automation and digitalisation. Taking part in Gastrónoma is a logical step in strengthening our presence in the Spanish market - a market that combines a rich baking tradition with a strong appreciation for artisanal quality.

MIWE made its debut at Gastrónoma with a compact, high-quality exhibition stand - positioned alongside other major players in the industry. The highlight at the stand was the MIWE backcombi, a combined solution featuring the MIWE condo deck oven and the MIWE aero e+ convection oven (also available with the MIWE econo as an option).
The digital MIWE showroom also attracted particular interest, offering visitors the chance to explore the entire MIWE product world through interactive 3D visualisations - a concept that provides in-depth insights into the MIWE system range, even without a fully equipped trade fair bakery.
