We push the system boundaries. With a whole new, far more precise and flexible control system for energy transfer in the oven. Infinitely variable and supported by the intelligent MIWE TC control system, it offers much more sensitive control of the burner output. It can bake at a gentle, medium or aggressive setting. This results in unexpected baking characteristics and improved batch-to-batch consistency

Hard to believe: the MIWE ideal e+ will no longer require a water drain in future. A completely new steam device is making this possible. In other words, the exact amount of water needed is evaporated. No more, no less. Optimisations and the new position of the overpressure channel also ensure even more uniform and efficient steam distribution.

From optimised heat transfer and heating circuits that can be individually temperature-controlled and switched off, to improved insulation, optimised steam system and reduced burner output, this MIWE ideal e+ is the most economical MIWE has ever produced.

For genuine stone-baked bread

In the MIWE ideal e⁺, baking is done directly on a stone slab. That's why the bread baked in it can be called 'stone oven bread' and why it has the distinctive characteristics associated with it, such as a strong crust, a beautifully browned base, and a rustic appearance.
The stone slab stores heat and transfers it evenly to the baked goods. This supports a stable baking process, good oven performance and a baking result with an artisan soul.
