What makes the MIWE eco:nova so unique

Its high efficiency

Any random heat recovery system from a random catalogue will not give you anything like the same efficiency as MIWE eco:nova. It evaluates flue gas and steam separately, making the absolute most of the waste heat from your oven. It recovers up to an average of one quarter of the energy used.

Improves your baking results.

To work perfectly, MIWE eco:nova controls the draught of every oven individually and dynamically. Forced extraction ensures a constant overall draught. That has extremely favourable consequences for your baked goods: it makes the baking results constant and even, regardless of the weather conditions.

Ready for connectivity

On the one hand, MIWE eco:nova already offers maximum convenience and clarity with the touch control MIWE TC. On the other hand, it can of course be connected to a network via a secure VPN router according to requirements, which allows you to monitor and evaluate all of your data from your Windows PC (MIWE win-CAB software). You can also receive direct support from MIWE via a MIWE remote access.

Reduces the need for chimneys

If the MIWE eco:nova is operated on multiple ovens, a significant savings effect is added: instead of multiple chimneys, MIWE eco:nova only requires one.
