MIWE ideal deck oven in modular design. Every module (with three to six decks) is autonomous with its own burner and circulator. Permits a maximum baking area (up to 12 decks and 58 m² baking area) with the given footprint. Based on demand, budget and space, the modules can be combined horizontally and/or vertically with one another – with options for future expansion. Heated with oil or gas. Impresses with exceptional baking properties and subtle control functions. Ideal for baking the entire product range, from heavy rye breads to small wheat rolls. Perfectly prepared for automated production.

What makes the MIWE ideal M so unique

Superior Steam technology: MIWE atmo-jet

The water is transformed into tiny droplets using compressed air before it is fed into the steam device. That creates high-pressure saturated steam particularly efficiently and rapidly for optimal product quality and best sheen.

Top energy performer

Everything about the MIWE ideal M is design for maximum energy efficiency Together with the savings effects of the MIWE atmo-jet and variobake technologies, optimised heat transfer and the modularly separated heating circuits that can be individually temperature controlled and deactivated result in an optimal firing efficiency of over 90% per DIN 8766.

For genuine stone-baked bread

In the MIWE ideal M, baking is done on a stone slab. That is why the bread baked in it can be called "stone-baked bread". Optionally, we also offer oven decks completely lined with stone or steel slabs.

Easy to maintain

Access to the installation space and the most important assemblies (e.g. burners) is from the rear.

Equipped for the future

Can be optionally equipped with all standard interfaces (Ethernet, Bluetooth, WiFi).

Effective rationalisation approach: MIWE athlet

Wherever process rationalisation and automation are required, the MIWE athlet automatic feeding system is the ideal addition to the MIWE ideal M.
