But it also includes permanent steam technology with adjustable moisture levels, a highly recommended feature for all steam-related preparations and for greatly expanded gastronomic use. That's why it also comes with up to 5 baking trays 60x40 or 4 GN longitudinal inserts (or a smaller GN size respectively).

If you combine it with the fully automatic  function, it also helps save electricity by using the residual heat from the cleaning process for heating. The rounded, hygienically designed, highly polished baking chamber and flat, easy-to-clean front section are a great start. Get the perfect finishing touch with the MIWE cube:steam automatic cleaning system, MIWE cleaning control. The cleaning tank is a space-saving solution housed in the base, with enough capacity to last through several cycles. For a light cleaning, you can also use the (optional) rinsing hose that is usually used to douse or infuse cooked food.
