When it comes to high temperatures, complex temperature curves do not usually play a role. In this case, it is important to be able to adjust the top and bottom heat as quickly and as easily as possible. And having a timer that makes the end of the baking process loud and clear. And presto: That is exactly what the MIWE cube:fire control looks like.

With steam slide valve

For baked goods such as pretzels to get a deliciously crispy crust, you have to ensure that the steam released during baking can be removed from the baking chamber. That's why the MIWE cube: fire comes with a special steam slide valve.

Want even more baking surface area? No problem.

There's room for up to four full-size pizzas (Ø 26 cm) on the MIWE cube:fire baking space. If that's not enough, up to four of them can be stacked on top of each other for even more crispy oven freshness. Simply install your own pizza tower! After all, that's the highlight of the Fresh Food System: You can assemble and combine exactly the components you need.
