In order to ensure simple operation, MIWE winCAB 32 is compatible with Microsoft WINDOWS. The graphic program display and mouse make the program-manager easy to operate even for the computer layman. An ordinary PC that can also be used for word processing and invoices is the only hardware you need.

MIWE winCAB 32 is an open-ended concept. An unlimited number of ovens or units can be integrated into this system. A computer interface is the only prerequisite. Upon request we can offer alterations or data to meet your specific requirements.

• Stores your entire range of operation. (What happens when.)
• Graphic preparation (e.g. Load factor graphic)
• Operation/ programming / alterations in the parameter (Baking programs, proofing programs, etc.)
• Monitoring of the ovens, (Time and date of defect is recorded.)
• Branch ovens (MIWE aeromat CS) can be monitored and programmed via telephone.
• Supervision of the weekly time switch.
• Automatic notification of critical defects in the
  MIWE bakery refrigeration.
• Records changes in temperature.
• Remote control of the ovens and units.

 

The individual ovens or units in the bakery are connected with a winCAB32 computer via the ArcNet or Ethernet. This PC automatically stores your entire range of operation. Additional PCs can be installed in the network.
