The MIWE TKS freezer cabinet: experience efficient deep-freezing with a compact design.

The cabinet version of the MIWE freezer is the perfect solution for bake-off stations at your retail outlets or as a low-cost alternative for small bakeries. When we deliver it to your door, all you have to do is plug it in.
It gives you all of the excellent performance, hygiene and reliability that you have come to expect and appreciate from our large refrigeration systems.
The MIWE TKS comes with two doors which are hinged on the right or left (it's your choice) to minimise the amount of heat and moisture which gets into the freezer when you open the doors. The internal surfaces are made of hygienic stainless steel.

• Convenient, easy-to-use MIWE FP3 Fixed programme control system (3 storable mono temperatures).
   
• Humidity can be controlled so that even sensitive products such as pralines or chocolate-covered products can be perfectly stored.
   
• Optimal networking in your branch outlet thanks to the integrated RS-485 interface or optional Gateway or Ethernet interfaces.
   
• Energy-saving: no extra electric heating system needed thanks to passive evaporation of condensation water.
