Spiral freezers spiral upwards. If there is not enough floor space or if the available ground area has to be used optimally, spiral freezers that take your products through the air conditioning zone on a long spiralling belt are the solution. This means that (in a space of only about 5 to 6 m high) belt lengths of up to 400 m are possible. If a longer belt length is required, a second line can be linked up. Individually adapted cleaning systems support the continuous operation of the belts.
Due to the radial motion, certain products that need to retain a specific shape are less suitable for the spiral freezer.
