The heart of your salesroom - the in-store baking oven - has hardly changed in appearance since we have invented the "sight-and-smell" baking.
We have thus asked ourselves what if it were to become a consumption-encouraging ornament, easily integrated in your elaborate interior design and simply exceeding today's technical and visual demands.
If its operation were child's play and if it could do without a water connection and a hindering normal steam hood? That would be good - everybody said so.
And thus we simply built it according to precisely those requirements: the MIWE signo.

- 3 trays at 60 x 40 cm each constitute an ideal intermediate size among the baking oven formats that have been usual up to now.
- No undesirable after-baking due automatic door opening;
the door locks at 15°/approx. 20 cm depth (identical with the automatic controlled eccentric vapor extraction).
- Steaming using the spraying technology.
- Softline baking chamber with rounded edges, easily removable baking tray supports (suitable for dishwasher) especially easy to clean.
Easy control system with 30 baking programs with respectively 5 baking phases.
- Hygienic membrane keypad with plug-in baked goods symbols, which can be operated even by a baking layman.
- 30 fixed programs (12 direct selection keys) with 5 baking phases each, variable steam quantity and two fan speeds.
- RS 232 data interface protected under tank compartment cover; the baking programs can be downloaded and saved with MIWE memobox, a palm handheld, or a laptop (optional networking via additional MIWE gateway).
- Control unit can be pulled out towards the front for maintenance.
