Potential further energy savings of 10 - 15%. Further reductions in oil and gas consumption are possible thanks to the ingenious heating gas system (patent pending) with an additional flue gas duct which provides steam heating. This means even greater combustion efficiency - significantly over 90%. The exit temperature of the extracted flue gas is up to 50°C below the baking chamber temperature, further minimizing the already extremely low stack loss (measurement according to DIN 8766).

even with batch-after-batch baking
A permanent full steam performance even with batch-after-batch baking ensures higher throughput, despite of the lower connected load of approx. 70 kW. Further savings in energy costs mean a lower baking temperature for the same baking time. This is possible thanks to the MIWE aircontrol with even more air volume.

The circulated air can be dosed exactly with a dosing slide valve between baking chamber and heating unit. This way every product is provided with the ideal climate conditions. Absolutely steam-proof door ensures highest energy efficiency
Easily adjustable rubber seals attached to the door ensure permanent steam proof in the oven. The excellent door isolation prevents heat emission and thus unnecessary loss of energy. Flexibility with little time and cost: you have the option of replacing the door hinge on site without the need for additional material.
