 

The MIWE ideal M is a further development of the MIWE ideal T deck baking oven that has been a winner for decades with its consistent, even baking results and its durability. This oven is available in individual, horizontally and/or vertically combinable modules which bakers can put together to suit their individual budgets, requirements and spatial circumstances. The MIWE ideal M is the first choice for baking a wide range of products flexibly, in large quantities and in a highly automated process, or if the option of expandability in the future is to be kept open from the start when investing in a baking oven system. Every module is equipped with its own burner and circulator, meaning they are and remain flexible also for use in a larger oven group. The MIWE athlet loading unit is suitable for all combinations and building heights of the MIWE ideal M and - and this is unique in the baking world - it can also be adapted to the respective oven system, step by step in different expansion levels.

- Controlling everything from one place. The optional MIWE athlet system control connects up to eight ovens to the entire loading system.
- The MIWE TC Touch Control controls individual baking chambers or modules.
- The MIWE TC is equipped with a colour touchscreen, a start-stop button, up to 250 baking programmes which can each have eight baking stages programmed in them and can be called up at the press of a button.
- Baking is possible with increasing / decreasing temperatures.
- Maximum flexibility! Completely self-sufficiently operating modules each with its own burner and circulator and up to six individually controllable baking chambers (also drawer racks as an option).
