As a universally applicable, single-deck tunnel oven with 10 to at most 120 m2 baking area, it is suitable for medium-sized bakeries. Its cyclothermic heating principle with flue gas allows baking temperatures to change quickly. - Great flexibility for baking a very wide range of product thanks to especially rapid adjustment of the baking temperature.
- Up to 350°C baking temperature in continuous operation, especially for products such as bread with a high rye content.
- A second or third burner is used in large baking chambers (80 m2 and larger) to ensure especially precise temperature curve regulation in the various baking zones.
- More product flexibility thanks to supplementary separate regulation of the top and bottom heat within the various baking zones.
- Individual number of vapour zones with adjustable dividing curtains and their own vapour outlets with tension control flaps.
