Continuous production

For baking large quantities of the same baked products, we develop and build automated, continuous and discontinuous flow-through oven systems: in single and multi-oven design, thermal-oil heated or as heating gas circulators, in variable baking chamber sizes and number of ovens and system dimensions.

MIWE thermo-rollomat

The MIWE thermo-rollomat is a multi-deck, fully automatic flow-through oven with thermal oil heating for batch baking operation and continuous step production.
