The next stage in development - the new MIWE aero

Once we begin to list the new details that have raised the MIWE aero to the next level, it's hard to know when to stop. The new developments were spurred by the desire to simplify and thereby improve handling, and to increase energy efficiency. The outcome features a variety of optimised details, including perfect baking of frozen small products, automatic gradient baking (quantity control), resource-sparing cleaning control, and carefully designed control concepts to meet the requirements of local operations.

The new version operates more quietly and with greater energy efficiency (improvement of front panel cooling) and offers simpler retrofitting in case of changes in the bakery's needs. For example, the door stop can be replaced on site. In the future, it will also be possible to retrofit and upgrade to the two-circuit version. The cleaning process in the MIWE aero is also much simpler and extremely user-friendly.

The following details make the new MIWE a winner for local operations:

- Equipped for a variety of capacity needs with four baking chamber sizes (4, 6, 8 or
  10 baking trays at 60x40 cm), offering a large baking surface with a small footprint,
  and available also as a two-circuit oven.

- A multitude of useful functions coupled with high comfort for staff: operation either
  via fixed programme control system (30 baking programs, each with five baking
  phases, and twelve baking programmes available at the touch of a button via
  pictogramme), or via touch control with a large touch screen display (250 baking
  programmes with up to 8 baking phases).

- Economical use of costly resources thanks to a night start-up option (also with
  cleaning control) and an energy saving function (power down mode).

- For highest hygiene standards with little effort on the part of staff: the Easy Clean
  cleaning support as standard equipment, or the optional fully automatic cleaning
  system, cleaning control - for low operating costs and sustainable resource use.

- Rounded softline baking chamber, easily removable baking pans, and flat, easy-to-
  clean surfaces for additional hygiene during sight baking.

- Carefully designed door construction with replaceable door stop, adjustable brake,
  and adjustable contact pressure; optional third glass plate, which can be tipped
  open for cleaning, for even lower surface temperatures and energy loss.

- High-performance cascade steam device integrated into the baking chamber for
  first-class baking results - with a perfect sheen and optimal crust crack even when
  baking deep-frozen products.

- Perfectly even results thanks to high-performance circulating fans with four fan
  settings and patented fan control.

- For additional revenues with snacks and similar items: optional gastro function with
  permanent steam and core temperature sensor connection.
